Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the final meeting of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU on 13 October 2022 at 10:00am, for the purpose of laying before the meeting an account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of member cannot take place. In order to provide member with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.

A Proxy form for use at the meeting must be lodged, together with proof of debt, at the offices of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
