Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 August 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that ti is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Smithson (IP No. 9317) and Andrew Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, 2nd Floor, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
