A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 8 Peerglow Centre, Marsh Lane, Ware, Herts, SG12 9QL presented on 2 December 2021 (and amended by order of District Judge Bond on 11 January 2022) by Northgate Vehicle Hire Limited of Northgate Centre, Lingfield Way, Darlington, DL1 4PZ claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 22 February 2022 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 21 February 2022.
