Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the joint liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee; That the basis of the Joint Liquidators' fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Horsfields at the time when the work is performed; That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw "Category 2" disbursements and The virtual meeting will be held by telephone conference platform, please see below who to contact to obtain further details.
