This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Ian James Royle (IP Number: 18934) and David Adam Broadbent (IP Number: 009458), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton-on­Tees, TS17 6SG were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 2 February 2021.

Purpose of the meeting

Please note that further to requests from the Company's creditors for a physical meeting having met one or more of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986, a physical meeting of the Company's creditors will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6SG on 7 April 2021 at 10:00am. Ian James Royle, in their capacity as liquidator of the Company, is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").

The purpose of the meeting is for seeking decisions from the Company's creditors that Ian James Royle & David Adam Broadbent of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP be removed as Joint Liquidators, be granted their release, and be replaced by Stratford Hamilton and Sam Talby of PCR LLP.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 6 April 2021.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
