A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Soft n Sweet Ltd (09820740) of Henleaze House, 13 Harbury Road, Bristol BS9 4PN, Henleaze House, 13 Harbury Road, Bristol BS9 4PN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Manufacture of cocoa and chocolate confectionery, Information technology consultation activities and Data processing, hosting and related activities, presented on Tuesday 07 June 2022, at 11:00 by EBURY PARTNERS FINANCE LIMITED, of Cardinal Place, 100 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5JL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, The Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
