At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Mercer & Hole, 7th Floor, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH on 24 June 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) both of Mercer & Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be excercised by either or both of the liquidators.”
