At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 14 June 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1 “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That Seamas Keating (office holder number 10610) of PKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent virtual creditors’ meeting held on 14 June 2019, the appointment of Seamas Keating as Liquidator was confirmed.
