Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 December 2019, as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Society be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) and Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
