NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 that on 6 January 2020, I, Penny McCoull of ASM Recovery Limited, Glenhead House, Port of Menteith, Stirling, FK8 3LE was appointed Liquidator of SOCIAL TAP ENTERPRISES LIMITED by virtue of the deemed consent procedure.

A liquidation committee has not been established; I do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
