A Petition to wind up the above-named company of So Create Limited (03740679) of 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3PU, whose nature of business is activities of exhibition and fair organisers, presented on Monday 06 April 2020, at 13:09 by DUFF & PHELPS LTD, of 7 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Birmingham at Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Tuesday 04 August 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
