A petition has been presented to the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 9 November 2021, for the winding up of the above named Company, by LAMBERT PRESSLAND LIMITED of Fulham Park House, 1a Chesilton Road, London SW6 5AA, claiming to be a creditor of the Company.

The Petition will be heard on 12 January 2022 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard) in the Business and Property Courts (Insolvency and Companies List) at 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.
