This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Bijal Shah and Robert Cundy, of Edge Recovery Limited, Hayes House, 6 Hayes Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 9AA.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals

2. That a Creditors' Committee will not be established

3. The basis of the Joint Administrators' fees

4. The basis of the Joint Liquidators' fees

5. The approval of the pre-Administration costs

6. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge
