The following Written Resolutions were passed pursuant to the provisions of Section 288 of the Companies Act 2006 on 1 April 2020, as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) and James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
