A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Smith Brickwork Building Contractors Limited (10627990) of 4 Whitworth Court, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1WA, 4 Whitworth Court, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1WA (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 41202-construction of domestic buildings and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Friday 11 October 2019, at 10:30 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 14 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
