A Petition to wind up the above-named company of SME Platform Limited (09321861) of Floor 8, 1 Knightsbridge Green, London SW1X 7NE, whose nature of business is 64999 - Financial intermediation not elsewhere classified, presented on Monday 04 May 2020, at 11:00 by SUEZ CAPITAL LLP, of 35 Park Lane, London W1K 1RB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The High Court of Justice, Business & Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 July 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
