A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose Registered Office is at Albion House, 163-167 King Street, Dukinfield, Cheshire, SK16 4LF presented on 13 August 2019 by ST THOMAS GARNET SCHOOL ASSOCIATION LIMITED whose Registered Office is at St Thomas Garnet School, Parkwood Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth BH5 2BH claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 October 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 7 October 2019.
