“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Bass (IP No. 11790) and Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or separately.”
