Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 September 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

That the company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Steven John Currie of Currie Young Limited and Gareth Graham Self of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.

That the Joint Liquidators be permitted to act jointly and severally.
