At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD on 31 January 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes and Matthew Fox, both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ, (IP Nos. 9194 and 9325) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
