“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Underwood and Mark Newton, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos 2603 and 9732) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of such winding-up”.
