At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD on 30 September 2020, at 12.15 pm, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolutions and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos. 008368 and 008584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company; that they act jointly and severally; that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to pay unsecured creditors in full and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the company’s assets in specie.”
