Notice is hereby given that on 9 March 2018 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Katherine Usher, craving the Court that Smart Property Management and Lettings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 144a Ferry Road, Edinburgh, EH6 4NX (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 15 March 2018 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
