"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kieran Bourne (IP No. 19012) of Cromwell & Co Insolvency Practitioners, 5 Mercia Business Village, Torwood Close, Coventry, CV4 8HX be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up."
