"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA and Frazer Ulrick (IP No. 23054) of Auker Rhodes Accounting, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD1 3HZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
