A Petition to wind up the above-named company (CRN: 08167469) (hereinafter the Company) 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS presented on 25 January 2022 the Company by Stephen Penn of ABSOLUTE RECOVERY LIMITED, Unit 2 Railway Court, Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster, DN4 5FB acting as supervisor of a Company Voluntary Arrangement dated 13 March 2020 pursuant to section 7(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the Petitioner), will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on:
