A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Smart Energy Projects Limited (08312646) of Olympus House, Main Street, Leicester LE9 2AP, And 3 Derby Road, Ripley DE5 3EA (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Energy Mangement Company, presented on Monday 11 November 2019, at 13:12 by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE B.V., of Travellers Lane, Hatfield AL10 8XB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the In The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Company List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 08 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
