"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Coleman (IP No. 009402) and James Fish (IP No. 021390) both of Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery LLP, Regency House, 45-53 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
