2. "That Gary S Pettit and Gavin G Bates, of PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, 9/10, Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton NN3 6AP be, and hereby are, appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of such winding up, with authority to act separately in all matters."
