Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU on 7 October 2019 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
