Notice is hereby given, that I, Jonathan Mark Taylor (IP No. 10570) of T H Corporate Services Limited, Suite 101- 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH was appointed Liquidator of the company on 30 March 2017 by the Secretary of State.

Under Section 137 (5) IA86 I hereby inform you that I do not intend to summon a General Meeting of the company's creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors' committee under Section 141of the Insolvency Act 1986. However, should any creditors with (or with the concurrent of) at least 10% of the total value of the company's creditors, request a meeting for the purpose of establishing a creditors' committee, then as Liquidator I am required to summon such a meeting.
