A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Carpark, Farnham Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 3TN, presented on 19 November 2015 by CAMO LIMITED T/A SIMPLY WASTE SOLUTIONS of Aries House, Suite 2A & 2B Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP10 9NB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX, on 18 January 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 15 January 2016.
