Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members of the Company on 26 March 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 7788) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
