We, David Adam Broadbent (IP No. 9458) and Ian Royle (IP No. 18934) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SG were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 1 March 2017.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 18 November 2019. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 18 November 2019 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
