At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 44 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4BB, on 1 August 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily."

2. “That J. M. Evans of H R Harris & Partners, 44 St. Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4BB, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 17 August 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of J. M. Evans as liquidator.
