Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Johnston Carmichael LLP, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE on 19 February 2018 at 12.00 noon for the purposes provided in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy together with a statement of claim at the office of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, in advance of or at the meeting. At the meeting creditors may be asked to consider a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. A copy of “A Creditors Guide to Liquidators’ Fees” is available on request or may be found at www.icas.com/technical-resources/creditor-guides-to-office-holder-remuneration. A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Johnston Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE during the two business days preceding the above meeting. Notice is also given that Matthew Purdon Henderson (IP No 006884) of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
