Pursuant to the Limited Liability Partnership Agreement of the Partnership, I confirm that a requisite majority of Designated members of the Partnership who on 25 January 2021 would have been entitled to vote upon the determinations set out below had they been proposed at a general meeting of the Partnership at which they were present, passed the following special and ordinary Determinations respectively:

"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
