A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 17 September 2021 by A G PARFETT & SONS LTD of Didsbury Road, Stockport, Cheshire SK4 2JP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 159-161 Kings Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside OL6 8EZ will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Tuesday 25 January 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Monday 24 January 2022.
