“That the company by wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD, (IP Nos. 8346 and 8209), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
