"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Burke (IP No. 16250) and David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
