"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Guy Robert Thomas Hollander (IP No. 009233) both of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
