“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
