At a Members' Meeting held on 31 July 2019 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services, Unit E, Wyvern Court, Stanier Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

On 1 August 2019, the Decision Date, the Deemed Consent Procedure was used, pursuant to section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to make the following decisions: That Simon Matthew Gwinnutt of Cirrus Professional Services Limited, be appointed Liquidator of the Company; That no Liquidation Committee be formed. No objection was received to the decisions, from any creditor(s) or the contributories.
