At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 6 April 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball and Michael lan Field of Mazars LLP of 8 Hew Fields, 2 Stinsford Road, Nuffield, Poole, Dorset, BH17 OHF be appointed as joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.

No alternative nominations being made, the appointment of Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball and Michael Ian Field, was confirmed by the meeting.
