A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 12 Gateway Mews, Bounds Green, London N11 2UT presented by FRAIKIN ASSETS UK whose registered office address is situate First Floor, 2M Middlemarch Business Park, Siskin Drive, Coventry CV3 4FJ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 18 December 2019 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 5 February 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 4 February 2020.
