Special Resolution

1 That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2 That Neville Side and William Matthew Tait of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Lane, Gatwick, RH6 0PA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.
