A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Simple Legal Solutions Ltd (07952357) of Cotton Exchange 1st Floor, 107 Bixteth Street, Liverpool L3 9LQ, whose nature of business is Civil Litigation Claims Management Company, presented on Monday 17 October 2022, at 12:52 by ANGLO SCANDINAVIAN ESTATES 5 LIMITED, of Sloane Square House, 1 Holbein Place, London SW1W 8NS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 November 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
