A petition to wind up the above Simonswood Skip Hire Limited of 11 Simonswood Industrial Estate, Stopgap Lane, Simonswood, Liverpool, England, L33 4YA (Registered Office) presented on 16 August 2019 by JOANNE MARSDEN LIMITED trading as The Box Doctor of Unit 5 Webber Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, England, L33 7SQ (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 2 October 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
