Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") the company was placed into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) of CFS Restructuring LLP, Church House, 13-15 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BS was appointed Liquidator by the creditors on 31 January 2019.

Notice is hereby given, that the Liquidator of the Company intends to make a distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 28 February 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at CFS Restructuring LLP, Church House, 13-15 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BS. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
