A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Simit Sarayi Green Lanes Ltd (10816302) of 68 Oxford Street, London W1D 1BN, whose nature of business is 56102 - Unlicensed restaurants and cafes, presented on Friday 04 June 2021, at 16:57 by ECOTRICITY LIMITED, of Lion House, Rowcroft, Stroud GL5 3BY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 January 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
